Globe valves (ball valve/gate valve type) are used to completely block or open the fluid passage within pipeline systems. Their primary function is to achieve rapid, reliable fluid isolation, thereby ensuring system safety and operator protection during equipment maintenance, emergency shutdowns, and similar scenarios. This high-seal globe valve can operate at pressures up to PN40/600 psi (depending on specifications and materials). Temperature range: -20°C to approximately 200°C (PTFE seal) and up to 400°C (metal seal).

 

Globe valves (ball valves/gate valves) are typically not used for precise flow regulation but rather for fully open or fully closed conditions. With their robust construction and exceptional sealing performance, these valves enable long-term stable operation in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments. Installation Guide

Before installing the shut-off valve, isolate the pipeline and completely relieve all pressure. Verify that the valve size, thread standard, and material meet system requirements. Apply the correct thread sealant to the valve and hand-tighten the threads to prevent misalignment. Support adjacent piping to prevent excessive loading on the valve body. Torque the valve to the recommended specification and orient it according to system layout requirements. Slowly pressurize to rated pressure, cycle the valve multiple times to seat the seals, then inspect for leaks to ensure the valve remains tightly closed under operating conditions.
