Its opening and closing action is achieved by rotating the ball 90° within the seat, offering rapid operation, low flow resistance, and excellent sealing performance.

 

This valve operates at pressures up to 1000 psi (PN63) and withstands temperatures ranging from -20°C to approximately 200°C (PTFE material) and up to 400°C (metal seat). Manufactured from high-strength materials like stainless steel and carbon steel, combined with sealing materials such as PTFE, it adapts to diverse media and operating conditions. With its simple structure, easy operation, and long service life, the ball valve is widely used in industrial and civil pipeline systems. Its applicability extends beyond liquids to include gases, steam, and corrosive media. Installation Guide

Before installing the ball valve, isolate the pipeline and completely relieve all pressure. Verify the valve specifications, material, and thread standard (BSPP/BSPT/NPT) to ensure compliance with system requirements. Confirm the pipeline is clean and free of contaminants; install an inlet filter if necessary. Position the valve so the handle orientation facilitates operation, and ensure the flow direction aligns with system design requirements (where applicable). Hand-tighten threaded connections to prevent misalignment, using appropriate thread sealant or wrapping a thin layer of PTFE tape. For flanged connections, select the correct gasket and tighten bolts in a star pattern to specified torque. Support adjacent piping to prevent valve body loading. Slowly pressurize and cycle the valve to seal the ball. After initial operation, inspect for leaks and recheck torque values.
