The Inline Ball Valve V-028 is a compact, integrated ball valve that enables multifunctional fluid control. It delivers precise shutoff and smooth flow regulation in tight installations. This valve is built in brass or stainless steel with PTFE seats, to suit demands in gas, water, and oil systems up to model-rated pressure.

The Inline Ball Valve with Integrated V-028 is made from durable Stainless Steel 304/316 with PTFE sealing for chemical resistance. It has a working pressure of up to 1000 psi (depending on size) and a temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃ (continuous) and up to 180℃ (for intermittent variants). The inline ball valve features female NPT threads (NPT or G threads) to ensure secure connections and facilitate fast integration into instrumentation, process piping, and plant plumbing. 

 

The three-way ball valve combines its compact body with industrial-grade sealing for reliable fluid isolation. The integrated design further reduces connection points and potential leak paths, shortening installation and service time. This valve has a versatile configuration suitable for gas, water, and oil applications, such as in instrumentation, process control, and industrial plumbing needs.

The inline ball valve V-028 provides a tight shutoff for hydraulic circuits and control lines on mobile and fixed construction equipment. Its compact design fits into confined manifolds and reduces piping complexity on heavy machines.

Oil & Gas

Before installing the V-028, isolate and fully depressurize the line. Confirm that the valve size, material, and thread type matches the system. Fit the PTFE ball valve into the line with proper thread sealant and hand-start threads to avoid cross-threading. Support adjacent piping to prevent stress on the valve body. Tighten to the manufacturer’s torque recommendation and check orientation if the process requires it. Slowly pressurize, cycle the valve to seat the disc, then inspect for leaks and monitor system pressure during initial operation.

Can it handle high-pressure liquids/gases?

Absolutely. Constructed in stainless steel (SS304/SS316), it withstands up to 3000-5000 PSI (check exact rating per model). Ideal for hydraulic or pneumatic systems.

Seats use PTFE (Teflon) seals, resistant to most chemicals, fuels, and solvents. Verify compatibility for aggressive media.

In addition to standard sizes from 1/2” to 4”, we can also provide custom sizes upon request.

The sealing materials used in our Inline Ball Valve with Integrated are primarily PTFE. If you have special requirements, we can also provide materials such as EPDM or Viton.

There are no restrictions on the installation direction. You can choose to install it horizontally or vertically.
