Check Valve V-030
A check valve is a one-way valve that relies on the flow pressure of the medium itself to open and close. Its primary function is to prevent the reverse flow of fluid in pipeline systems, thereby safeguarding the stable operation of equipment and systems. It automatically opens under the forward fluid pressure through its internal disc, ball, or diaphragm. When the medium flows in the opposite direction or the pressure drops, the valve disc automatically closes under the force of gravity or the spring force, thereby preventing reverse flow of the medium.
Check valves are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, marine, and food & beverage industries. Typical installations include pump outlets, air compressor pipelines, boiler systems, and chemical process lines. The V-030 is available in stainless steel check valve and carbon steel check valve variants to match chemical compatibility and strength needs. It has a working pressure range up to 600 psi (PN40) and a temperature of -20°C to 200°C (for PTFE sealing) and up to 400°C (for metal sealing). You can use the V-030 as a pump check valve, suction non-return valve, or backflow prevention valve.
